Now is it the Cup Cars the only 991 Carrera's that Porsche is still putting in the Metzger Engines?

I believe that is correct. The Metzger is still homolgated, while there was/is some issue(s) regarding homologating the 9A1 according to what I have read.

Next year's 991 Cup sticks with the Mezger motor. Just an FYI for the small minority here that care.

If that's true all cups should come with F9A1 license plates.
