Mike, I'm a bit confused. This is a GT3 Configurator screen shot I took a moment ago. The picture shows the memory buttons! It is misrepresentation if they are not supplied.

Haku, it appears that while they cleaned up some of the descriptive text in the configurator and on the build sheet, and fixed the Monroney issue, there are still photos showing the memory buttons which are not actually in the GT3. Clearly the webmaster missed that one....

The misrepresentation (bait and switch) issue is exactly the argument 18 way buyers were using to get their money refunded.

Mike, thanks for the explanation. I don't want to hijack this thread but don't quite know where group C builds stand on this.

AFAIK there are only two colors offered in NorCal - white and red.

I jokingly talked about the white issue before. In the 997.1 versions the same damn thing happened. As soon as a couple were seen in white it was an avalanche Pardon the pun. I think it might have to do with the Cup Cars being white. But the other thing someone brought up before is that this is a landmark vehicle. The best of the best Porsches ever made. Its overwhelming almost to configure such a great car. So white is the obvious choice. The other happening was when the RS came out someone got Porsche to do one in white. Remember the RS came out in only a few combos Orange/blk Black/Ornge, Green/Blk, Silver/orange. Then someone got Porsche to do one in white and the Flour hit the fan! Everyone was trying to get Porsche to do RS's in white. So white is THE color.
It looks fantastic in white. Its THE color that makes the car look majectic almost MORE than just a GT3.
On the Memory button thing like Mike said its not offered. One guy who was just loaded with character, got a refund for the no memory then TURNED IN HIS CAR!!!!
But yea you can get a refund if you ordered the memory option but dont turn in your car!!!

Clear bra'd most of the car, tinted the windows with Nano/Crystalline tint. She's ready to rock and roll Not the greatest pic but the only one I took when I picked it up today.

Entire front of the car, a-pillars, front part of roof, mirrors, lower rockers and redid the rear fender factory coverage. Took that stuff off and covered much more area.

Which film did you use? And was it just clear bra film to replace the factory stone guards?

I put Suntek on all my cars. And yes, the same film everywhere. You can't even see the film on the car with the good stuff now.

Awesome. Good to know! I'm going with Suntek too--a lot of folks go XPEL and haven't even heard of Suntek, but my installer swears by it.
