I got a quote for entire front (including headlight) side mirrors. For expel, $2200 (cash) and $1800 for (suntek). Both are self-healing. Expel has better warranty. The installer will get the suntek for his money. I'll most likely get expel.

I get my cars done at ultimateshield in Orange. Sean is the owner. He definitely charges more than other places, but I never had any complaint about his work.

For the first time ever, on any of my cars, I've decided to have film done. I'm going to Premier Protective Films in Fremont CA, who I believe is a site sponsor and who I've heard is the best in this area. I've always been against putting film on the car on principal, but I can tell already that the front of this car is going to suck up rock chips like crazy so I'm having the front bumper and hood done. I'm not trying to immunize the whole car, just the areas most at risk.

Haha. Welcome to Saran Wrap city, Mike!

I'm getting mine done as soon as my guy has an opening. Likely couple of weeks.

I did mine in X-Pel Ultimate. Full hood, bumper, front fenders back to the doors, and mirrors. $1500 through the dealer. They did a great job, head lights and turn signals came out. Best job I've seen out of any of my cars.
