I sure hope it's not another case of functionality omission--like the 18-way seats omitting the memory seat function.

Yeah, they are terrific cars. The GTS is the jewel of that lineup...the naturally-aspirated engine revs and revs, and the PDK mapping is great for a sedan of that size...and the exhaust...wow. What are your specs/colors, etc...?

I wanted something different from the GT3 that doesn't handle as tightly so I omitted the PDCC and got it in jet black. Here are my specs (http://www.porsche.com/microsite/por...e/?c=/PF3XMHG5)

Outside of white and CF trim, what else did you get on yours?

Panamera GTS

Premium Package Plus
Jet Black Metallic
Leather Interior in Black/Saddle Brown
ParkAssist (Front and Rear) incl. Surround View
Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
20" 911 Turbo Design Wheels
Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
Interior Lighting Package
Retractable Luggage Compartment Cover
Sport Chrono Clock Dial in Luxor Beige
Adaptive Sport Seats (18-way) with Memory Package
Two-Tone Leather Interior
Yachting Mahogany Interior Package
Door-Sill Guards in Brushed Aluminum Illuminated
Burmester® High-End Surround Sound
6-DISC CD/DVD Changer
Preparation Door-Sill Guards, Illuminated $0 Exclusive

I was just looking at the configurator and it had LED in black as an option. I don't recall seeing that option when I spec'd the car. At least now I think I would have ordered it. The interior should look like this.

You have a Panamera GTS as well? How do you like it if you do?

Definitely different - the Panamera has the camera, the GT3 does not...more misleading information/specs...disappointing.

Unfortunately, I am not surprised. It seems the engineering-generated Service Information Tecknik booklets are more to be trusted than the marketing-generated configurator option descriptions.

With luck, my GT3 will arrive shortly, and I will be sure to compare its functionality or lack thereof for similar options with that of my Turbo S coupe.

ooops , I didn't read the entire thread and thought we were talking about GT3 LED headlights which were blacked out. I had the Panamera GTS as a loaner for a week and had a hard time giving it back.
