Wow - love it. One of those cars were mine. I would be ecstatic if it will be heading to my dealer sooner than late. I will be tied up mid Aug. for a couple weeks for business travel and vacation so hoping it comes sooner.
One thing to note from the "before" photo is how many people ordered the rear clear tail lights.

I ordered the generic white. In the Tahoe area, it is the most durable color over time and always looks great. That said, the most striking pics I've seen have been yours Mike. That guards red is just amazing.

What I find interesting is other than seeing the 991 GT3 at the Dealership I have yet to see one on the road. I have seen several Ferraris, R8 ect. but the GT3 has been elusive. I know that we are finally getting them back but this car is just going to be rare given the very low production numbers. Just want to see this car on the road, in motion, to get a feel for how menacing it must look. A car in motion just looks different from a car that is parked and you are just looking at it.

Jimmy, last week I saw my first one on the road and it looked terrific. Not like any other Porsche. It is an attention getter.

I purposely let my girlfriend ( good driver) drive my car whilst I trailed her in her car to see what she looks like. It's funny but even here in dubai I haven't seen another one on the road( except my buddies ). They sold 23 918's here compared to 14 Gt3's. I'll be seeing more 918 's on the road for sure than gt3's in the near future

I've got a better chance of seeing Big Foot than a 991 GT3 in Massachusetts. Other than at PCA events, I've only seen 2 GT3s in the past 4 years.

Isn't black the fastest then (absence of all colour)?

Mine is apparently loaded on the boat with a San Diego arrival date of 8/22, so it looks like I will see it first week of September potentially. A couple weeks ahead of schedule
