I know, that would be great, and hopefully someone will have one soon.

I don't know if you've seen the Porsche iManuals; not as good as the regular manual and unfortunately not GT3 specific but there are explanations of some features which are common across the models. Don't know if it would be usefull to you. FWIW, it's not too bad for what it is.
