Maybe its just me (and it could be that I am used to his video based reviews) but the Harris article seemed like he was impressed but maybe the hype was to high for him going into review as I was expecting him to be a bit more overwhelmed and ranting on forever? I guess I'll watch for video version on Wednesday to see if the excitement looks any different on camera.

His written review of the GT4 was a little lukewarm, but his video review was enthusiastically positive.

It looks great in all colors, but I don't love any of the colors. White is good but like a Z06 Corvette in white all the black holes are a bit much and makes it looks unfinished somehow.? I'm stuck with purple.

If I wanted another GT3 with warranty, well we can bitch all we want but its unfortunately gone as we knew it.
So I would (Will) get a GT4 but instead will keep on fiddling with a proper 964. Paying 997 GT3RS prices now without warranty is like paying over MSRP..
I'll have to wait for the next crisis.

I like this part:
"Some people will detest everything this car stands for. Some will dwell on the lack of a manual gearshift. But the unavoidable truth is that; for people who have the resources and inclination to want a car that is equally happy crossing continents as it is lapping at very high speed, the 991 GT3 RS sets new standards."

Confirms that Porsche made a really good Fiat beater. Purple it is.

White still looks the best, despite the black contrasts. That last pic from high 3/4 rear angle is pure sex -- looks like a 991 Cup.
GT Silver second.

I'm so damn excited to get this thing and bring it right to the track.
