The same day, the silver Gt3Rs was spotted at Monza, Porsche was testing not only the Gt4, but even the RSR and the Gt3 R..This is an interesting link :http://danilomoroni.weebly.com/porsc...--test-gt.html
and if you have time just spend five minutes looking at this beauty (pure music for your ears):

Looks at least 12" longer than either the GT3RS or Crawford Wings.

I fully expect the GT3-R to being using a new powerplant. Should be less expensive than the mezger (to build and maintain), to help control costs for customer racing.
GT3 format has too many options now. Motor rebuild intervals and costs of the current 997 GT3-R are a joke compared to say the Audi R8 GT3 variant, which last way long and are a lot less expensive.
Porsche knows this. Hence, new engine and the delayed release for more development.
Just my opinion.

I skipped it on my GT3 and will again on the RS. The wart was the main reason, but it's very easy to stream music over bluetooth or through the USB port - I don't miss it at all.

Yeah I don't even listen to XM I just Bluetooth my internet radio and listen for FREE only issue is the Porsche Bluetooth sometime is a bit quirky.
Does anyone know if the roof wart is also related to HD radio option??
