Very cool on track vid. After watching a couple of times I noticed how the driver was flicking the wheel stalk to reset the sport chrono display in PCM as he crossed the finish line. Couldn't make out all of the data that was being shown on screen. I've seen a pic of that display somewhere...
He is driving around the Le Jardins area of São Paulo.. Of of the few areas in that city where the roads are passable for a low car, and during certain hours of the day, safe enough. Even so, the way that car was bouncing all over the place was crazy.. Also, that guy wouldn't want to sit at a light or in traffic for long.. The potential for a car-jacking is very high. I really don't understand the reasoning behind the purchase of a nice sports car in Brazil.. It's like buying a cheetah and putting it in a cage.
One funny anecdote.. The Lamborghini dealership is in an area, which while nice is literally impossible for a Lamborghini to drive in. The roads are are so rough, that you can't drive the car out of the dealership.. Needs to be trucked away. Also, after dark, forget it.. Insane to even be out for a a few hrs.. Car and owner would end up badly.
Love that country, but it's so full of non-sensical social problems
