Tell them you're not a poseur. Tell them you're rich and they can f-off. To The Victor Go The Spoils.

Lol. Can't!!! that's a dead giveaway for a poser. Even a civic can take me out.

Used to do that when I was racing in 1/4 miles. The general public thinks its for sale.

Who said anything about driving to work? I'm talking about driving up and down the same street 10 times in a row, parking your car 2 meters from a nightclub entrance, etc. Walk around Stockholm at a busy friday night and you'll see lambos/ferraris doing exactly this. Had it been a GT3 wouldn't you cringe?

I think it's the same as if someone you admire (say Stephen Hawking) suddenly joined a **** party and decided to join Miley Cyrus in a pop duo.

I was only being sarcastic Luffe. All good man. But seriously, I think displaying your car at the boulevard is not a bad thing at all. It gives people a chance to see some of their favorite cars and perhaps give the young kids a dream to work hard one day to join the lucky group. GT3 is considered a dream car to many people and its good to let others enjoy it too. Just remember one thing, posers drive up resale value.

The only thing I hate the most is when owners of an exotic thinks his **** don't stink and treat people as such. Driving 10 times back and forth may be due to looking for that perfect parking spot next to his buddies.

I took the RS to c&c up the street a few weeks back with numbers, cycled Hoosiers and all. It seemed quite popular among 50 cars or so. Only the 458 drew as much attention.
The only time it's on the street is to and from the dealer so it was fun... Should end up with 35+ track days this yr and don't consider myself a pos. Plan on going again in between track events in sept.
