Getting a 991.2 GT3
After selling some time ago my manual 997.1 turbo, I finally decided to get back a 911.
I went for a 2018 GT3. I liked the specs and I the extremely low milage/immaculate conditions convinced me to buy it.
The color may not be the most exotic, but it reminded my my turbo so I had a soft spot for it.
Specs:
Clubsport
Bucket seats
PDLS
Extended leather
Red stitching
Lift
Black satin wheels
PCCB
PDK
I was not so sure about the PDK, but still, it is my only non-manual toy, so I will live with that (actually it is not so bad)
I'm not a fan of black rims, so I bought a second set in silver which in my opinion fit the car very much (I also had some black stripes stickers)
I'm getting to know the car; all in all the first impression it that the car is much faster than what you may perceive ;-)
Here you have some pictures, with stripes and both black and silver rims

Shame about the PDK but looks amazing with the silver wheels. I too am not a fan of black wheels and had the black ones that came with my car repainted silver (and I alternate them with a set of silver BBS magnesium wheels I got separately)
Looks really nice - are you keeping the decals or removing? Not the kind of thing I would add personally but I actually think they look really good.

For the decals, I wanted them and I'm happy to keep them at least for a while. Actually they offset the ordinary silver body color ;-)

I love the PDK and would be happy with either. I picked up the PDK because I'm really into my laps times. However, I recommend treating your PDK like a manual and ALWAYS shift it manually...even when in traffic. I have had at least one Dual Clutch car in my fleet since 2008 and quickly decided to treat it just like a manual, but without a clutch pedal. I love it. Now I still enjoy driving a manual. but nothing can replace the amount of precision you can have in a PDK.
