Default Interior Makeover Complete (lots of pics)

I decided to spend a couple bucks to get my interior upgraded and make it my own. I was going for a subtle OEM+ vibe, and Im super happy with how it turned out.

The first order of business was to get rid of the alcantara steering wheel and install multifunction buttons. I found a new OEM leather wheel on eBay. This was a pretty straightforward plug and play mod. Just a bit of simple coding required after installation.

Next, Dimitri from @gaugefaces hooked me up with a bespoke set of gauges. We decided on a simple 911R layout but in this beautiful ice blue. These turned out absolutely gorgeous! The install was a bit delicate and nerve wracking, but I’m really happy with the result. Dimitri was awesome to work with. I’d highly recommend his product. They meet or exceed OEM quality.

I bought a white chrono bezel and had my local tint shop work their magic to give me a grey bezel to match the Blue/grey theme.

I also decided to pick up a beech shifter from Alex at @lepetitgarage aka Stitch To Sample. Again, a great rennlist vendor and an absolute pleasure to work with. Very high quality and a super quick and simple install.

To finish, Kim at @P1Designs hooked me up with a custom set of inserts for the LWBS. This is my second set from Kim. She’s always great to work with, and her attention to detail is unmatched. It took some time to source the perfect material, but I’m glad we took our time. It fits the theme nicely.

Man...I love those gauges. I have white gauges, and I really don't like them. It looks like all of the codes are active all of the time. Does Dimitri have a website? I want to do something like this.

Here ya go!

https://gaugefaces.com

Be prepared to go down the rabbit hole. Endless customization possibilities. Feel free to hit me up if you have questions. I learned a couple lessons during install. Ha.

I knocked it out in my garage with a Thinkdiag tool. It was as simple as switching the setting to to enable in the computer.

Very nice. I would consider adding a shift boot as well.
