I really like the CCBs for the street .I also plan on driving my car mostly on the street as I do have a dedicated track/race car (BMW). That being said, I would love to do a few track days.

I will chime in that I've been using MCS for a long time. On my BMW I recently went from a 2 way non remote to a 3 way remote setup and while it opens up a can of worms for suspension tuning, the confidence the suspension provides once dialed in is incredible. I 100% recommend MCS after many many track days. Just keep in mind that they need a rebuild every 100 hours or so (check the MCS site). 4 ways in the rear though will require some knowledgeable people for setup advice!
I love the AP kit on street and track. On the track, they're prolific. I laugh out loud sometimes at how much braking I can get done. On the street, the DS3.12 pads are on the dusty side; noise hasn't been a real issue. If you care enough you can swap pads between events since that's really easy. Personally, I don't care enough and I leave the DS3.12s on between track events.

@Nein11RS the ENP finish looks fantastic on these cars... absolutely the way to go imo.

Dude, you don't need either. Tell GMG or competent shop you want uber track prepped stock'ish RS, all of the stock track performance potential she has, go from there.

Still a bargain compared to a 992 ;-)

You don’t *need* any of this, of course. The stock components are amazing for a street car and strike a great balance between street and track performance. But you did ask what the next step would be…

There are layers of ride height, alignment, and sway bar adjustments to work with before deciding the stock suspension components won't do.

Selling the stock components well short, and likely spending unnecessary $ if you bounce from them before adjusting and maximizing with the help of a race shop.

Between optimizing all available adjustments and adding Cup 2 R, bet you'll be surprised.

Would also suggest you're not guaranteed better performance with aftermarket dampers. This isn't like swapping stock AMG or M suspension for KW, Ohlins, etc. RS dampers are legit. You'd have to work on it (tune), and know what you're doing with 2 or 3 way adjustments to match or exceed stock damper performance on a given track.

Just wait until you get addicted to speed and start blowing 2-3k on new tires after every 3/4 track days... tracking these things is a nasty, expensive addiction. but so worth it!

Manthey track alignment with stock components?

shop that won't disclose alignment details? Weird.

Tell GMG you want the goods https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...the-track.html

This beauty was also aligned with our GMG Competition Setup, which includes a 15mm drop in factory suspension, to make sure this RS is perfect! Not only does this RS look amazing, but it’s now ready to set some blistering lap times!

I know Allen @ GMG, been talking to him about options as well. Anyone used the Ohlins setup? Porsche 991 GT3/GT3 RS, Advanced Trackday, set (ohlins.com)

Why doesn't someone make a track-focused rotor and pad for the PCCB (yellow) calipers? It's not like the calipers work differently?!

These Manthey guys apparently put in their contract that the setup info is not to be shared. That rubs me the wrong way.
