Had that yesterday tracking the car in Spa as well.
Going from full throttle to 60mph max. from one second to another.
After I parked the car and let it cool down for 15 minutes, everything was fine. Any ideas?

Curious to see if the Icarsoft ODB reader will be able to read any error codes as well.

Parked for a month with or without battery maintainer? Low voltage does funny things on these cars. I've had the same issue once on my 991.1GT3.

Next time it happens, pull the codes before shutting the car off if possible.
Had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago and it was the accelerator position sensor that had gone bad. Thankfully it was only giving erroneous readings at the higher end of the pedal travel so driving the car on the street and highway was unaffected.
