1 pad change and 15K miles is normal. Maybe 3 track days per year.

Wouldn’t worry about some track use. Or proper tire and brake pad replacement. Dealer is going to say whatever it takes to sell it. Bigger picture for me would be does the car meet your expectations. If it passes your cosmetic needs then a good PPI would be in order. You’ll find plenty of members on here who track and meticulously care for their cars. Alternately, you can find a 911 at any random dealer that’s never been tracked but it’s not been well cared for. Trust your gut. Good luck.
