Default Crank oil feed leak - CPO?

Does CPO cover crank oil feed leak? Its on a car I am considering buying.

I would think it would be covered, however, unless the leak is bad it's better if you leave it alone. All the 991.2 that I've inspected (several) have leaked a little bit from there, with or without the updated parts. It's not a serious issue and does not seem to worsen over time, unless you are seeing a pooling lake in the undertray (rather than just a sticky area of wetness).

The 992 doesn't seem to leak at all, but not sure how they cured it...
