Default Belt Hydraulic Tensioner Change

I am getting ready to change the serpentine belt and today while doing my regular inspection, noticed that the tensioner is covered with dark dirt that is wet. I am guessing it is leaking (and I read here that this is common). suncoast sells the tensioner and pulley for $250 together and I am considering doing that while the belt is out. Does anyone know if you need new bolts (are the ones there torque to yield and needs to be tossed out) and what the torque values are?

Any specific installation instructions that you can point me to or is it simply remove the old one and put the new one?

The only thing that could be leaking there is the hydraulic damper, the lever should be fine...I don't see what could be worn there. Better check the pulleys, make sure they are not making noise.
Buy the 2 bolts for the hydraulic damper, they are cheap enough : I'm not sure but I believe 1 is long and one is shorter :

Suncoast carries three parts, the pulley, the tensioner, and the entire unit. What's interesting is the entire unit costs 1/2 of the tensioner and the pulley bought separately. What am I missing here?

I'm not sure, but you can also just purchase the OE tensioner one for much cheaper at FCP Euro. I've read that it actually the same tensioner used in many of the VW/Audi products as well, so unless you want to pay the Porsche markup there really is no need too.
