Default Seat Belt Change

How hard is it to change the seat belts? I understand you need to remove (or slightly pull off) the rear trim piece. Do you need to remove the speaker mesh and unscrew the speaker as well? Is there a way to remove all these panels (B pillar, bottom door jam panel, the rear trim) and put them back without introducing all kinds of rattles?

2-3 hrs, in and out, taking your time

Has to come totally off, there is only one hidden clip holding it on below the rear side windows, the rest just slides down over grommets. Once you remove the upper B pillar trim you can see the clip if you push the foam inside the panel out of the way with a screwdriver or something

No, you unclip it from behind when you remove the whole panel. I broke a clip on my speaker grill learning that the hard way.

Yes, it's not as scary as it sounds once you do it. The only clips I needed to put some felt tape on were the lower metal clips that hold the upper B pillar to the lower panel, you'll see them when they come off. At certain RPM my exhaust made them rattle a bit.

The rubber grommets on the big rear panel, make sure they are in place, and make sure all the rubber post grommets are in place.

Thank you. Did you need to remove the seats?

No, just move them forward, then climb back there. This was in a car with 14 ways... carbon seats may have to come out

The seats need to come out only if you have rollcage which is a pain to get out. I did this tne 2nd day i got mine to swap out for yellow belts.
Mine does not rattle, but I made sure not to lose any grommets.
