The BBi Autosport Porsche 991 GT3 StreetCup Roll Bar is constructed from high-strength seamless steel tubing with TIG welding and "X" braces on the front and rear sections. This roll bar offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and is designed to provide secure mounting locations for the shoulder straps of 6-point racing harnesses. It mounts to the frame structure behind the driver and rear shock towers for maximum protection.

Designed for a perfect fit and easy installation, the BBi Autosport Porsche 991 GT3 StreetCup Roll Bar utilizes laser scanning of the vehicle's interior and CAD design. It comes with laser-cut mounting plates and inner diameter tube clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit. The roll bar allows full-seat travel and can be used with stock seats or any aftermarket seats on the market. It is also compatible with wrap-around style harnesses.

The roll bar has an OEM fit afinishesish, with the main hoop contouring the entire roof arch with an even 3/16-inch gap. Optional triangular reinforcement gussets provide additional strength and match the factory bar. You can choose from a satin black powder coat or a range of OE colors like brake calipers, seat belts, trim detail, and exterior paint. We also offer a raw metal finish for customers who wish to paint or powder coat it themselves or have it done professionally. The roll bar can be finished in many popular Paint-To-Sample (PTS) colors like Lava Orange, Lizard Green, and Miami Blue. Please reach out to us to confirm color availability.

It's important to note that installing 6-point harnesses requires aftermarket racing seats or the factory Porsche Lightweight Full Bucket Seats. The BBi Autosport Sub-Belt Bracket and Harness Install Kit are also required when installing 6-point harnesses on the factory Porsche Lightweight Full Bucket Seats. The Sub-Belt Bracket bolts to the bottom of the seat to provide a mounting location for the anti-submarine belts, also known as the crotch belts. The Harness Install Kit includes extended bolts to accommodate the OEM seat belts and racing harnesses at the factory mounting locations on the seat.

The BBi Autosport Porsche 991 GT3 StreetCup Roll Bar is designed for a bolt-in installation that requires no drilling and minimal carpet trimming. We take great care in packaging the roll bar for delivery, using foam-in-place expanding foam packaging to ensure safe delivery worldwide without any damage to the finish.

When equipped with optional Sport Bucket seats, this bracket is required to install 6-point race harnesses. This bracket bolts directly to the seat and keeps the harnesses at the proper 10-20° angle regardless of the seat position.

BBi Harness Install Kit



BBi Harness Install Kit included extended bolts to properly accommodate both the OEM seat belts and racing harnesses at the factory mounting locations on the 991 GT3 / 981 GT4 Sport Bucket Seats. This kit features metal sleeves fitted around the bolts so that the belt brackets can pivot freely on the bolt. Sold as a kit per seat.
