Not apples to apples but we have a Cayenne Turbo S with like 240K miles. It has been a daily driver for four family members including me. It has been parked outside in Minnesota winters. It has been the best car ever and we paid $25 K for it used. You might be unlucky but if you get the car cheap you will have the same experience as buying a lower miles example for a lot less. If the car has a low miles G6 the big risk is the PDK, but if you replace that you have a near new power train. Sounds like a unique deal. It’s a risk but some risks pay off.

In my experience some of the best driving Porsche cars are the ones with miles. If maintenance is logged and up to date with Porsche I don't see an issue. This may not be the case for all brands but Porsche cars are engineered for use. Probably 75% of those miles are cruising with the PDK locked in 7th. 30% discount over market seems fair.

Sold my M2 and I have been in the market for a GT car for a few months. I test drove a 2015 yesterday with 111,000k miles. Firstly, I know it is crazy to even consider a car like this but the private party price is low enough to justify posting on the forums. However, the car pulled really nice and the history on paper (2 owner, maintained exclusively at Porsche dealers) looked okay. I have a PPI set up on Monday because my curiosity is peaked. For reference, I had not considered a GT3..I have been waiting for a nicely spec'd 981 GT4 to normalize.

Is a GT car in this territory even worth the risk? Has there been any .1 that have exceeded the warranty maximums? Anyways I think there is a tiny bit of novelty having the car reach this level with basic maintenance but would love to get your thoughts! Appreciate you taking the time to read, thanks.

I would think the most vital aspect is if it has the G6 motor.
If the original motor has not gone kaput at 111K (that needs to be widely disseminated) it most certainly shall soon enough is my guess, and you've got another 9,000 miles and a few more years to hit the motor lotto.
My recent G6 motor covered under warranty was a $70+K invoice, so thank you VERY much Porsche!
Does the current owner have a transferable Porsche extended warranty to cover potential transmission as well as many other parts?
