Default Noisy Brakes

I have a 2018 GT3. I've developed a squeal the front right wheel in braking. After taking the wheel and examining the caliper and rotor assembly (Ceramic Brakes) I couldn't find any marks on the rotor or anything amiss with the caliper and the pads in great shape. Any thoughts as to what is causing the squeal when the brakes are applied.

Normal, all GT3 brakes squeal regardless of whether ceramic or steel. On my ceramics if I give the brakes a good rinse it helps tone it down for a little while. Porsche has a whole (I find sort of condescending) video on this subject that they published. I'm sure someone will post it here for you. Large surface area, large contact area, very hard pad compounds, all contribute to noise and resonance. Part of the experience, just drive it!

They all squeak. It's annoying and sometimes embarrassing.

As Tedward said I’ve earned those squeaky brakes.

Does it sound like a failure where a part gets jammed ?

I have found with GT3 that the brakes squeal more if car is being driven gently in traffic. When I get in some heat and hard braking the squeal then goes away again for awhile.

Porsche brakes will have occasional squeal, whether they be irons or PCCBs. I've had both. Both fully stock OEM. They don't squeal when on track, but there it's all about threshold braking, and there are a lot of other noises going on. I noticed the PCCBs seem to squeal a little more frequently when driven on the street after a 3 day weekend at the track.

Squeal is totally normal for Porsche brakes. IMO, it is a sign of excellent brakes. I wouldn't worry about it, and will squeal proudly!
