if it's not CPO'd post accident, i'd want a steal of a deal to consider it, and that is assuming the bodywork was done right. Most of the time the discount isn't nearly good enough to consider something like this, when there is so much inventory available.

I'd vote walk away.
B. Hills Porsche (shown in Carfax you posted) as well as Downtown LA Porsche both often (always?) use a certain repair shop (2 locations in LA, with one very close to Beverly Center) that they have "contracted" with. It's "approved," but has a very poor reputation with those who know. If B. Hills Porsche was involved in farming out that repair, there is a chance it went to this place, and that's not worth $200K+ when there are other cars out there.

I am not so worried about cosmetic damage but Undercarriage damage is usually serious, it may or may not be structural. I know that Porsche only CPOs a car which meets its expectations but it IS NOT failproof or a guarantee that some damage was hidden or not totally disclosed by the dealer to PCNA. I would do my own due diligence, request photos of the damage and repair order and then consult an indy mechanic to see what they think. May be there is a deal to be had based on your findings.
