Sell 991.2 GT3RS WP and get 991.2 Speedster?

No, hold on your 991.2 GT3 RS and get a 458 Spider.

Sold the 458 Spider, body flex and Speedster more fun to drive …….but 458 sounds amazing intoxicating sound. Specs are pretty poor and they made tons of them. The body flex was the worst feeling felt unstable at high speeds, but beautiful and as I said sounds good. You can always find a 991 RS, but not so much a speedster, again just my 2 cents. Speedster so far is the lengthiest Porsche ownership I’ve had close to 2 years. If the RS is not on a track not a fun car to drive.

I own and have owned a few Porsches, and currently have a 991.1 GT3RS and a 991 Speedster in my stable (both bought/ordered new). The RS really shines on the track, but not so much on the street IMHO. The Speedster is BY FAR my favorite Porsche, ever. Two and half years in (ownership), I still get a high/buzz after every drive. Hard to put in words. I have three track buddies who go through cars almost like paper towels -- all three still have their Speedsters, which is quite telling. To the OP -- if I were you, I would sell either the GT3RS or even the GT2RS to get the Speedster, especially if you don't track much. No brainer.

Love the spec, I have a buddy who sold his Speedster and only a year later found a similar car to the one he sold …yes he bought and regretted selling. He’s own’d ever 911 made, and the 2 he keeps 991R and Speedster.

If you are not tracking the car regularly….go with the Speedster. Of the four here I drive the speedster and R the most….primarily long drives over mountain passes or desert runs

Keep RS'es and get a 718 Spyder...
Nicer derrière and if you spec it right and light with manual, buckets and pccb's only you will have a raw elemental experience and tight handling like a glove...

I sort of agree with you, will also not break the bank and you can have both, win win!

I would say the GT3 RS and the GT2 RS have much in common than the Speedster. The Speedster handles and divers very differently. As previously advised, test drive a Speedster (if you can) before you buy.

Tried the Spider and RS combo only car I regretted selling is the UV RS loved in more than the .2. Drove the Spider 800 miles in 1.3 years gears were too tall, 718 may be different. Good luck on your choice lots of options here, but the speedster so far the best car I’ve driven and owned.

Follow your gut feeeling...
We are all on different paths through automotive enlightenment and your path may be different to any other person. If heart says Speedster then go for it.
I can't let go of my .2 3RS it's savage and I love it.
The 718 Spyder is on another level versus prior version save for the artificial farts pops and burbles which were epic, lol

Bingo! We are all on individual automotive paths for sure -- only YOU can know what hits the mark. For me, that is the Speedster. But, your results may vary . . . .
I also have a Boxster Spyder. It's the original (987) and I've put 84k miles on it. It's a great, sweet, fun car. But the Speedster is next level, and so, so much more fun to drive.

Good to see people here having various good toys and enjoying them.
Always easy decision on which car to add, but tough decision on which to let go.
For me, if I can only keep one Porsche, it has to be Speedster.
Manual, GT3 engine, open top. There is absolutely no competition out there with the same combo.
If Porsche does not make another convertible GT3, then this is it.
