My driver's side window slightly contacts this side window as I shut the door. I have tried the reset procedure for the windows, but that didn't change anything. I've had the window regulator replace once by the dealer after they effed it up while replacing the door card / door panel under warranty (I had to pay for it). It really needs to get fixed because eventually it will crack one of the two windows.

I searched the forums, but only saw one mention of this issue here, but no resolution. I have a hard time believing I am the only person to have this issue.

I really don't want to take it back to the dealership because I know they will just start replacing parts instead of actually fixing the issue.

Is there another dealership close to you? My car had the same issue when I bought it with 3k miles, local dealership fixed it with no issues.

Yes, but out of warranty. Seems like every time I go there it is $2k.
