Passenger window alignment issue

I might have done too many 9k shifts from first to second gear, because now when I close the passenger door I hear a noise. Upon closer inspection, the glass in the door barely touches the glass from the rear side window. This only happens during closing. It aligns itself properly when the door is closed. Anybody know a way to fix this, other than maybe doing a few 9k runs in reverse?
The driver's side is fine. The glass does not touch.
Edit: I found a video showing how to do it on a 997, so assuming it will be similar. Remove the door panel and then there are adjustment points. Seems easy, but since I am taking it in for a brake flush I will probably just let the dealer do it.

Mine is going back to the dealer for repair. A couple of weeks ago the passenger side was contacting the rear side glass. They corrected it but now the drivers and passenger side are doing it. Coincidentally started after a track day where both windows were rolled down all day.

Right on, I also used to live in CO, now in the west next to the ocean. Mind sharing how you fixed it, as I have the same issue on my 991.1 coupe. Trying to be a man and avoid hefty dealership charge. if you have 997 video and if that solved + you have any gotcha info, would love to know.
