Man was that fun. Working with this stuff for the first time, it got everywhere, including on the outside threads of the center lock nut.
I'm assuming just use Acetone or Alcohol and spray on, agitate with a lug nut brush and done?

I have a system to deal with this mess. It requires about 10 pair of latex gloves and some shop rags (red ones), changing after each step:
- One pair is used to clean each wheel of old Opti using a shop rag. I do all four at once if changing all wheels
- One pair is used to apply to each wheel, use only one hand to apply, the other to hold the tube of Opti
- One pair is used to apply to CL stud and reapply Opti
- One pair is used to apply to each CL, keep one hand clean to hold the CL
- 4 pair, one for each wheel and CL to install and fasten
- One pair for clean up of wheels and CL
- One pair to clean tools and Opti tube

Be surgical
Engage the nut to the socket and then put on the paste
Apply the paste to the wheel first
Change gloves and install the wheel.
