Default As anyone got this noise from brakes yet ?

Hello guys,

Last saturday I have been on track for the first time with my 991 GT3RS, the car was amazing !!!
Breaks were very strong : Brand new surface stransforms discs.
At the end of the day, last laps, I got a very strange noise from one of the wheel.
Look like something is touching the brakes.
I think I'am hard on the brakes...good lap times overall ;-)
I got the noise untill back home saturday night (1h30 drive from track)

I don't have the noise today anymore, and could not find any clue while the car was on the lift today.

Do you have any idea what it could be ?
I first thought of a rock stuck somewhere but found nothing today, and I would be surprised the rock stayed sometimes and then today just disappeared on my way to the garage to put the car on the lift.
No marks on the ceramics dicsc . It sounded like a thin piece of metal touching like a bended shield ? I have seen nothing bended.
You can find a video of the noise here (I did the video saturday when I left the track) :

It was a very regular noise (like something was touching the brakes every 360°)

Sorry for my english, I'am french.

Yes, I had a local race team look at my brakes, rotors and heat shields when it was making that noise, only while driving slowly. They didn't find out what it was, but said that it was fine to keep driving it, as it wasn't anything that interfered with the mechanics. It's probably just the brake pad rubbing slightly against one part of the rotor that has some build-up on it.

Thanks for your story, it's helpfull.
I guess I will keep an ear on it, I will also take off the wheel to have a better view but I'am waiting to have my torque wrench to do so and yes I studied this subject a lot to make sure I will do things right ;-)

BTW when I left the track I had the noise not only at low speed but also at high speed.
One more thing also, the noise was bigger when I turned the wheel to the right (pressure on left wheel) and lesser when I turned the wheel on the left
