Default Removing bumper cover on .2 rs?

This is a fantastic guide for removing the bumper on the 991.2.

but obviously the RS is slightly different. I’m getting at the point where I need to detach the headlight washer hoses to remove the bumper - any ideas how to disconnect them here?

there’s a little plastic C clip on the connector you need to remove before separating the hoses. you can use a pick or a small flat head screw driver. be careful not to loose the clip. you will need it to put the hose back together

where is the C clip and how do you reach it? The top side of the hose union joint is hard to reach because it’s behind some carbon fiber bracket.

View of the top side of the bracket (that I can’t see in person because the fender gets in the way)

I see, that is indeed the C clip that releases the top hose as in the Carrera. However there is so little space to maneuver in here, it's nearly impossible to get the clip back on now =(
the white plastic union also is not easy to pop into the larger hole in the carbon fiber - I'm afraid of cracking it

To close out, the 991.2 carrera guide is pretty spot on for this, other than the panel shapes and screws being in different places. Unclipping the hose union from the top with a pick is correct, and then tapping the union out towards the bigger hole to slide it through also wordk - I used the butt of the wooden handle of a mallet to tap it out. Wheel well liners are somewhat different - basically the radiator screen needs to come out, and the louver screen also should come out, but otherwise it's just the front half of the liner that needs to come out. Wheels don't have to come off to do this, just turn the steering wheel as needed to make space. I tried to do it without taking the liners off - but it's pretty much impossible to reach the release clips of the electrical connectors. A bunch of screwdriver action to remove the wheel liner torx bolts makes it a lot easier and really isn't that hard.
