Rare GT3T sighting in the wild, Westwood, CA
Other than my own, I saw a GT3T for the 2nd time in three years today in LA. It was black with silver trim and had the license plate "GT3TRNG." Just wondering if it was a fellow RL'er? Either way, it was fun seeing and hearing the car from the outside for a change. I love those curves and it sounds amazing. Cool to see a car "zebra" in the middle of West LA!

Reminds me of the blue Saab I saw once in Palo Alto with personalized plates that said BLUSAAB.

Maybe with the increasing values people are driving them less. Not me, I just crossed 11k miles and tracked it a few times.

It’s too bad the sightings are so rare - suggests folks aren’t driving them. I never saw another on in Nashville other than mine. I have seen a few in ATL.

I have only seen 2 tourings since it's been released. And I live in the Bay Area Cali - where 911s are everywhere. I've only seen one other one when I was driving mine - and there was that knowing nod and smile as acknowledgment.

Wow, two in the wild at once! I was driving my GTS cab, so I missed out on the twofer. I agree, like the Bay Area, LA is filled with nice cars. McLarens, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, GT3 RSs, all far more commonly sighted than a 991.2 GT3 Touring.

I live in Manhattan Beach, and have seen a silver one more than once. However, the other day driving through Playa del rey , there were three 911s driving along the ocean, including my chalk touring. What a site !

There are more 918’s in Colorado than the touring’s fact.

There are 27,000 2017 C7 Corvettes and I see about 3 a year. It’s like that.
