GT3RS OIL CHANGE
I’m just going to do an oil change on my new to me 2019 GT3RS
The car came to me with just over a 1000 miles, there is no service history on the car, I believe it hasn’t had it’s first oil change yet
My question is how many drain plugs get removed underneath, I count five plugs in all, not sure if I need to remove them all or not
Second question is drain plug washers, I suspect they have to be changed if they been removed and then replaced and torqued to spec
Any Info would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Jim

There's only 2 plugs you really need to pull, but most will pull 3 plugs.
Best to buy the oil change kit the first time from sunocast then you have all the parts you need.

Yes do replace the washers for the drain plugs. I tried to reuse mine once before with a nagging small drip leak that ensued. Want to talk about a mess trying to get the washers out without draining all the fresh oil again. I did it but it was not pretty.

Thanks for all the replies,
I agree 100% on replacing the washers, just not sure on the plug replacement
I’ve never had to replace the drain plugs on any other Porsche’s of mine that I have done oil changes on before, never had any issues

It's not necessary. I've been buying the kit with the new plugs, so I've been doing it since they were there. But the used plugs have been looking nice (you just want to make sure the hex engagement area is not beaten up). If you have nice hex tools and don't over-torque, the plugs should last several change cycles.

Got it done,
Reused the plugs with new washers, it took 7 litres with a new filter.
The oil measurement shows it 3/4 which is just right
Thanks Again
