At least replace the two air cabin filters and wiper blades yourself. Have some pride man ! (LOL). You'll save a few hundred just for that. The quote is about the same for mine in SF, 2018 C4S w/12K miles.

The dealer wouldn't stamp my book as hakinvg done the 2 year service if they didn't do everything.

I've never had a dealer stamp my book. Nobody actually does that. I've even asked and they're like... what? We don't do that.

Did that include the engine filter, ie rear bumper cover off?

The 2 year service does not include engine filter replacement. Kinda crazy. Depending on your driving environment and miles you could have them (likely additional cost) have them clean and re oil then (I think I said that right). They can blow them out with compressed air. OR, you can do what I did and purchase a new set of BMC filters and have them replaced.
