Touring air filters. I like the fact that they're cleanable (as per the manufacturer)

I've done work on my cars before. Suspension installs, shifter changes, electrical/lighting... But I don't currently have the space or time or tools to do it. So to a shop it goes.

Just had my 2yr service a couple of weeks ago. They mentioned spark plugs but due to low usage (2,600km) said it could be skipped. Price is CAD

I had 2 year service done with 16,500 miles on 3RS. Price was about $3000 and did include extra cost for air filters which are not on the 2 year service list but spark plugs are. Of course they probably charged me $500 to vacuum out the air intakes.

That's exactly why I want to do the intakes lol. Did you have any offs on track or is that from normal street driving?

In other news, I found an independent performance shop to do the work for half what the dealers wanted.

I thought my second service was bad, now it seems like a steal )
In Porsche Bucharest Center same two year/30.000Km second service was 1270 EUR + 19% VAT on my GT3.
You can maybe double or 3x the labor.
Numbers are in RON, 1 USD = 4.16 RON.

Wow, that's some seriously dirty air filters! You must live/drive on some dirty, tree lined roads. My air cleaners did look anywhere near that dirty after 14,000 miles.

Ask for Scott at Porsche Fremont Service. He took care of my 2-yr last month for $1500.

Carlsen charges $1800 for the 2 year service. Can get another 10% off if you are a PCA member. Stevens creek porsche quoted $2700 for the same work.

Take it to S-Car-Go in San Rafael. They are by far the best Porsche shop in the Bay Area from my experience...and they always have a plethora of interesting Porsches out front to check out.

Yep, I contacted these dealers already. They both wanted close to $3K.

Porsche Fremont came up trumps at $1700 + tax for the 2 yr service including plug change and brake fluid flush
