Seat creaking is normal but there was a point where my seat was loose and moved during hard cornering. Turns out was a worn bolt on the sliding mechanism. Sliding mechanism replaced under warranty.

I had a similar issue. Try rolling the seat forward and back. It solves it temporarily. After a while
the creaking improved so maybe there’s a break in period?

My LWB's creak when I stretch or move around in them. I figured it was normal. Car has just under 5k miles.

Mine only creak slightly when I push against to uh "adjust" myself. Otherwise, no creaks. As far as the PCCB's squealing I have noticed that only occurs if I haven't washed it in a while. Once the wheels have been hosed off the squeaking disappears.
