My 0.02. Pre-chip shortage trade-in probably around 96k-106k, retail is like 108k-120k, Was shopping for a yellow 14 GT3 with 6k miles back then Porsche Warwick listed it for 115k. Now with the price getting all over the place, I would expect trade-in around 108k-115k, since most.1 GT3 with less than 10k miles are asking 125k-135k now, I would expect the dealer to make 10k-20k profits out of the car. So for me, I am willing to pay no more than 122k, being it's a 14 which means only 3 years left on the engine. Anything above that I would rather add some money go for a .2 or wait for the price to cool down. Since most of .2 on the market now are less than 10k miles and under warranty, also you will get a 4.0 engine, a standard backup camera, and Carplay. Which are options really good to have. Before covid, I have seen on Rennlist, a .2 asked for 145k for sale, if the car can call sells for 145k back to 2019, then I don't see why when the 992 GT3 supply catches up. They won't reach that price again. But again just my opinion, they are all good cars, just buy the car at a price you feel comfortable with and enjoy it.

I bought a 2015 in December 2020. No PCCB, no LWBS. CPO, FAL, 4-ways, extended leather, full XPEL. 9,900 miles. Private party sale for $125,000. Everything without PTS/PCCB/LWBS was between 115 and 130.

Manheim (note: dealer wholesale estimate) shows a MMR of $97,700 for a 9k mile '14 GT3.
The most recent Manheim sale for a '14 was back on 2/27 for $108k with 11.5k miles in clean condition:

About ten days ago I was offered a similar low spec car w/11k miles for $111k from a non-Porsche dealership. I passed, decided to wait and see what the GT4 RS looks like.
