just a quick thanks for amazing customer service. i bought a valved side bypass two years ago from Soul Performance and my valve actuators recently stopped functioning. called them and after chatting with them about my problem they shipped me a new set under their warranty and it arrived in three days.

literally the best customer experience i've ever had. i have no affiliation with this company. just wanted to put in a good word since all too often people complain but rarely give a pat on the back.
