I won't deny that...I think it has been pretty well documented that most high achievers have some narcissistic traits. So I generally view it as a positive, but I do understand I get carried away at times and it can grate on people. I try to guard against getting into undisciplined discussions in public that but here in a Porsche GT car centric forum I am pretty much unfiltered. As my beautiful bride puts it "I am my favorite subject". I do enjoy reading the feedback though, whether constructive or not. Take care and hope I didn't spoil your day.

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.

Not here to discuss who is narcissistic, but you are quoting the definition of the personality disorder. People can have narcissistic personality traits, in a spectrum, without having the full DSM-5 personality disorder. Thankfully this is the case....because as stated most extremely successful people do have at least some of these traits
