Personally I just use water, if you have iron brakes then you're washing them every 4 hours anyway.

Fan of the chemical guys products. They also have a wheel wax that helps keep brake dust contamination down.

I have been using Adam's Wheel Cleaner out of a foam cannon for the last 2 years. Wheel locks look brand new.

Like there stuff too. Think it has a bit more ammonia in it, but cleans really well.

Honestly pretty much anything on the consumer market is good. The quality of consumer grade chemicals is astounding these days.

I like Meguiar's Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner when I find it on special at Walmart or Amazon. But I'll also grab Eagle One wheel cleaning products when I find them for $5.

I get just as good results using soap and a microfiber towel. I do it at the end of the wash and have dedicated microfiber towels for wheels and other nasty spots. They are washed separately.

I very much like their chemicals. However, I bought their branded wash mitt and my mother-in-law bought me a bunch of their branded microfiber towels for Christmas. Both were garbage. The inner liner of the wash mitt tore apart the first time I used it and the microfiber towels shed like crazy.

When buying Chemical Guys, stick to their chemicals.

P21S (Gel version) is very gentle and works well (some of the more aggressive products can discolor the center locks).

Had good luck with their big orange drying towels. Small microfibers I buy local box store. These are my go to for polishing https://www.zainostore.com/product/Z-BBFT-3.html and are the only towels that touch the paint. I have quite an OCD program for towel use and when they make it to to "junk" box for dirty jobs.

Sonax is hands down the absolute best wheel cleaner I've ever used. I buy it by the gallon but it isn't cheap. Between the cleaner and the Carbotech pads my steel brakes are easier to keep up with than any PCCB car I've had.

Amazon Amazon
