Deer vs. GT3RS! :(

I didn't even think about that. I was just thinking about the ability to hide the trim lines a bit. The installer here won't "cut on the car" and only uses pre-cut material - so the edges may be slightly pulled back

I'm pretty sure they will tell you that the paint will need to cure for weeks before you can do anything like that.

That really blows, glad you both are okay, Where I do my speed runs that is the only real danger that I am worried about...it is beautiful new pavement and very rural with little traffic and very few side roads and nice large medians but there is a wildlife preserve adjacent...if I was to hit one up around 200 mph it could be trouble. I suspect you guys were out at dusk or dark? I only make high speed runs in the middle of the day when the deer are usually not moving too much.

It’s probably for the best that I don’t live around any beautiful roads like that. I’d lose my license 😂.
I feel ya! My fender was over $15k from Porsche. It had a 0.5” long crack in it and was otherwise completely unscathed, but I insisted they replace it. Everything on the car was superficial/bolt on and everything was replaced with parts directly from Porsche (basically just fender, headlight, & bumper). Completed at a Porsche certified shop. Good as new.
Unfortunately the Xpel Stealth wrap was oxidized due to the age (been on the car since new) and won’t match if I were to wrap the whole new panels. Going with glossy Premium Shield this time around for a multitude of reasons.
