Who did the custom offset? Assuming Supreme Power for the finish.

Those were the standard offsets. The original owner had a local shop painted the wheels. Doubt it was Supreme's work since he was in Texas

Be careful of this seller RL members. He sold an item that was falsely advertised to my buddy and he is not owning up to his shady ways.
