Nope.
Every tire change is probably a good time to reapply the coating anyway.
Kind of like every time you fall back or spring forward is a good time to check your batteries in your smoke detector.

I would recommend cleaning your wheels with:

Protect with this: https://www.amazon.com/Detailing-Pro...dp/B0779KCS7D/
Do not allow dealer or anyone else to use cheap chemicals on your car... otherwise you will see things discolor. Seen it many times already on this forum.
