Touring Price Advice Needed
I have a 2019 Touring (original owner) with low options I am about to list in the Marketplace. However, after scouring Autotrader, Marketplace, Cargurus, etc., I find only 2 or 3 Tourings for sale and thus, difficult to gauge market price. So, I am turning to you experts for help on the list price. First, I am a realistic owner, so I have no delusions of inflated value of the BEST car I have ever owned but I want a fair price for what it is and that is why I need your thoughtful opinions. Second, let me give you the car details so we can get real; then after the feedback I will drop the ad.
$154,380 MSRP
Options: GT Silver, Full black leather, Touring pack in black, Extended Range Tank, FAL, Smoking, BOSE (yes, it has the 4 ways and I love them for 95% of the driving I do). That is it.
Modifications that go with the car with ALL original parts: Xpel on front so no chips anywhere, AntiGravity Battery, Soul Performance valved side delete mufflers, clear side markers. Again, that is it.
Maybe to sell with car: Porsche indoor cover under which it always stays, gloss black Forgelines GA1R-CL in OEM size with new PS4S (only 1,500 miles on both tires and wheels).
Mileage: 7,158
Track time: almost all mileage on spirited country weekend drives BUT 4 one day track events with 4 sessions each (16 track sessions) at Cresson 3.1. I am "advanced" and have tracked many manual transmission cars and my previous GT4. She is an awesome car and the original front two tires still have life in the tread but will heat cycle out soon. The rear two MSC2s are almost brand new because I had a puncture in one from a screw and Porsche said I "had to" replace both so I did to be safe than sorry.
Service: Exclusively at Autobahn Porsche and Porsche of Austin. Oil change and track inspections. I will have the oil changed again soon with an inspection.
Help PLEASE - thank you in advance for your time and energy on my asking price question. I love this car more than any other I have ever owned; it is truly magical but it has to go.

Do you want to actually sell it or gauge the market. If you want to actually sell it- list it at MSRP or slightly below and it will be gone in a few days. If you want to let it sit- list above msrp and who knows what will happen.
Great spec btw.

MSRP for a fair speedy sale....$5-10K over for a grind and maybe a stroke of luck....sell the wheels/ tires separately....
Honestly with the mileage, seats, and color you're realistically looking at $145-150K....just my guess....

For a low MSRP car though with moderate mileage, still think you can get over. A dealer would throw $170-175k on this car and it probably sell high $160k's.
I'd do $162,500 if it were my car. The level of responses in the first few days will let you know if that's right or not.....you'll be the "cheapest" Touring in the country there, and silver makes is easy. People will try to argue that the 4-ways is a big deal....I'd ignore that, just people looking for a negotiating point or not real buyers anyway. For someone that would consider this for a daily driver, it's not a big deal. For someone who is looking for a potential "investment", they're looking for a PTS with low mileage anyway.

I absolutely want to sell it and not have to grind it out with unrealistic pricing. When I decide to sell something, I sell it. It sounds like MSRP may be right based on the feedback.

Can you post more photos and build sheet? Beautiful car!

When do you want it gone by?....Listing for MSRP is the way to go and have a little patience....ignore the mid $140 offers and you're likely to find the right buyer close to, if not at, MSRP....

Just my .2 cents, since you had some track days I would get a DME report done before I offered the car for sale, will be the first or second question from a serious buyer and may keep you from selling quickly if that's your primary goal.
I would put $159k on it and note "least expensive Touring for sale in US." I doubt it will last long.
Good luck!

Your car is great - i think it will sell fast. If i were in the market, this is a perfect spec for me (lower specced - aimed at driving vs C&C). I'd take the add-ons off (obviously not film) but wheels and list for MSRP and i think u will have success. GLWS
