All kidding aside, I've had two GT3's, one of which was a touring car. And I should have kept it... Long story, but I'll get another in the next 6 months or so.
This would actually be my preferred spec (subtle color and sofas) and I would happily pay MSRP for it. Unfortunately, the timing doesn't work for me right now.
Good luck to the OP! I bet it sells within a week.

I personally think you're selling yourself short on the price but it's very nice of you to offer it up here. In spite of the current health/economic mess, dealers are selling a LOT of pre-owned cars right now. I think you might get MSRP or pretty close to it from a dealer.

I'm a watcher on the GT3T market for now, likely a buyer in the not too distant future. Noticed this today. Will yield another data point in a week or so.

Beautiful car! As a recent buyer, in the current environment and with numerous winged, low-mile PTS / well-specced GT3 manuals available for < MSRP, it would be difficult to pay MSRP for a 7k mile touring unless nothing else will suffice. Not sure what you should ask, but any offer in the high $140s would seem reasonable. There are a lot of people suggesting an asking price upwards of $160K, but not sure many (or any) of them would pay that-

I suspect that since promised Marketplace listing never appeared, that the OP probably got the MSRP he seemed content with just from this thread alone.

Gone in 2 days. Similar story for another recent listing
Yes with all the significantly discounted winged examples available I couldn’t justify the price diff as well. But it seems the demand for touring is >> the supply.

For a low MSRP car though with moderate mileage, still think you can get over. A dealer would throw $170-175k on this car and it probably sell high $160k's.
I'd do $162,500 if it were my car. The level of responses in the first few days will let you know if that's right or not.....you'll be the "cheapest" Touring in the country there, and silver makes is easy. People will try to argue that the 4-ways is a big deal....I'd ignore that, just people looking for a negotiating point or not real buyers anyway. For someone that would consider this for a daily driver, it's not a big deal. For someone who is looking for a potential "investment", they're looking for a PTS with low mileage anyway.

OP, I like the strategy of pricing it correctly out the gate; I would make sure you just state the pricing is firm so there's no misinterpretation of your intent... As I found out last week, the covid opportunists are out in full force.

if I didn't already own one of these Id be wiring you money....I have a few porsche, the GT3T is my favorite by far
As far as seats...to me the 18 ways are awful....I sold a C4S over how bad they hurt my back
I daily mine with sport buckets (have been for two years) But the 4 way are really comfortable too

And it is having two new front MSC2s put on the front so all 4 corners are fresh, plus its 3rd oil change, and inspection to make sure all is good.

Great car and great spec especially if a guy wants it mostly for track time. He can pull the 4-way seats out and go aftermarket harness bar, harness system, and Recaro, Sparco, or OMP seats. I think MSRP is very do-able. GLWS!
