PDK Paddle's

I've got CF extended size ones. Big fan. Can't remember the brand at this point

Quite happy with these:
They fit nicely, particularly if you have CF trim. The brand is Xotic and I got them - of all places - through Walmart.com.
The only downside is that they are large enough to block the view of the two small edge analog dials, but overall it was totally worth the mod.

It's all about the Cars & Coffee street cred.
And the larger your PDK paddles are, the larger your "hands" are.

ECS has a set of carbon fiber look extensions that go on with adhesive. About $300 I have this on my cayman s track car hold up very well and easy install

I have medium towards the small side hands. I replaced the OEM wheel on the 15 GTS I owned with a wrapped .2 GT wheel and needed the extensions to comfortably reach the paddles. On my current .1 GT3 I feel the OEM wheel/ paddles are perfect with no extensions needed.

I have extenders on my R8 paddles, stuck on via 3M adhesive. I'm surprised how little flex they have even when flicking a gear from the very end/s. So I wouldn't be worried about the adhesive type if you refer the look/ease.
