Default Bay Area RS Insurance

For those in the sf bay area with clean records and 30+ and multiple cars, what are you guys paying in insurance for GT3RS and GT2RS Cars and who are you using? Past threads seem all over the place.

You really can't compare insurance cost between different people. That said, I'm 35, live here in SF, only have the RS, clean history, and my premium is $158/mo with Geico. I had one comp. claim this past year due to rock damage to the tune of $12K and Geico handled it. The process was a little convoluted but it got done without too much hassle.

I have multiple cars and I'm allowed 4K miles, no claims or accidents and I'm paying $126 a month for a car that's worth 30-40K less! Time to threaten my agent!

i was really surprised at how reasonable insurance was. I pay ~$210/mo for a 2019 GT3 (only car) at 31 in San Francisco.

Default Insurance

It’s difficult to compare as there are many rating factors. Credit, Motor vehicle records, drivers in the home, territory, usage, value.
Most will put their vehicle on your everyday driver policy. I would suggest a modern day collector policy. We do it all the time!!

In most cases you are getting Actual Cash Value not Agreed Value.

Happy to help if you have any additional questions or concerns I’m a licensed agent and specialize in classic, modern and exotic cars.

USAA. 4 cars but two drivers so the GT is very reasonable. Fun fact my CA registration is more per year than insurance 🤷🏻‍♂️
