Default Current private party price of 991.2 GT3RS

Any recent confirmed private party 3RS sales?
The best I've seen at a dealer is about $25k under sticker.
Are private sales in the same range? Huge sales tax advantage here in AZ with private sales.

Along the same thought - any private party 3RS for sale? Or brokered deals, etc.?

Thanks and have a Happy New Year!

While the below 19 RS auction listed on BaT did not sell, there’s sales related comments you may find interesting.

April 2019 auction and a Canadian spec car provides very little for the current Jan. 2020 market.
Commentary was worth the read tho

I’m assuming you’re requesting a full refund, where should I send the check? Or do you prefer a gift card?

No argument from me...however “(Fill in the Blank) market comments are worth exactly what you paid for them.”

That said, the “quantitative data” I’ve seen posted on a Rennlist is about as good as you can get for the GT market values for those considering a purchase.

My data is from September but preowned 500mile cars sold for $20K under for WP ($230K+ sticker) and $10K under for non WP ($<$220K sticker).

lizard green cars have the most aggressive discounts since they are so common. The rare colors (chalk, racing yellow, lava orange) seemed to sell the fastest. Yes, lava orange.
