I'm taking a look at this .2 GT3 on Friday with a friend and am pinging the gallery here to see if anyone knows something I don't. It seems well sorted but you never know.
And any opinions about the option list are welcome too. There are a few cosmetic options he would like that it doesn't have but 6MT, steelies and sport buckets are top priority. I see it has no FEL which is a minus.
Anything else? https://www.loebermotors.com/vehicle...il-id-26559131
Very low spec wouldn't be my cup of tea. My best advice is to have him be certain of what all the factory options are and what he's getting. Last thing you want is to buy a car and then after a short time. Regret not having some of those options. It will haunt you. Been there myself.
Car looks good. If the DME checks out I would negotiate and buy it. You don’t need a FAL. Car does not have full leather or Bose stereo, but that’s not a big deal. It has buckets and a Manual transmission...that’s all you need!
My theory is that in the used market if you can get 80-90% of the options desired and the must haves then go for it. If you want it a very specific spec then order new.
Depending on where guys live you don't ever need it or for me in Los Angeles I need it multiple times every time I drive the car. We have some 100 year old one car wide entry aprons where the curbs are a foot high.
I agree with the other dudes though. 3,900 miles is super low and manual and buckets is epic.
No FAL just means ginger driving around potholes and speedbumps around Chicago and Milwaukee. Not critical but kind of?
DME report is not bad/not great. Need total hours to tell if these happened with PO or if dealer/test drive was banging on it.
Very low option car....should sell for about $138-$140k. From the post above I am a little uneasy with range 3 over rev...1 is red line and 2 slightly over.
Their $149K off a car MSRP of $152k is no where near enough. I'd sell my 2018 GT3 with a $181k MSRP would l for around $150-160K with all the desired options.
I have Bose and FAL on my '18 GT3, I hardly use the stereo as the Bose sounds bad anyway and the road noise in the car is loud. I use FAL every once in a while but it's pretty flat here in Florida and I know FAL is a must have in other parts of the USA with hills and elevated driveways and parking lots.
For me must haves are LWB, Carbon and Leather trim and stitching on seats, dash, steering wheel that goes well with the car so for a red car with black wheels the white stitching would drive my OCD detail brain crazy!
