Just my opinion. I would never have my car torn down that far for expel. Those door cards and other parts never go back quite the same as when they left the factory. You are popping/prying plastic/clips and stretching things. Why?

Burning Brakes
Never having been a Concours Enthusiast, I've always believed Cars were meant to be DRIVEN and not BUBBLE WRAPPED
and the more miles I accumulate on them, the more enjoyment I've gotten from my investment. Roads and Tracks are dirty places.
Cars, well used, WILL get dirty, scratched, and pock-marked with road debris from unclean roads. - it's inevitable. I feel very sorry for
those ****-Retentive owners that accept nothing less than perfection from their collectible automobiles. IMHO, They NEVER will be
happy or get full enjoyment from the considerable investments they have made in Automotive Perfection. To obsess over even the
slightest imperfection is to constantly worry about what should be a relatively care-free and continuously happy ownership experience.
Life is meant to be lived to its fullest and enjoyed. It is simply too short and precious to drown yourself in worrying about trivia.
But that's just me. Opinions will vary considerably - and I accept that as well.

I wouldn't do it either. No real payoff for the extra effort. And you might be right about the little plastic screw covers and such, although I'm sure they would endure several R&R cycles before showing any deformation. But the door cards on a modern 911? They do indeed go back exactly the same as when they left the factory. You don't have to yank on them or pry them or anything like you do in most cars. There are none of those typical plastic push pin thingies retaining them. Once the screws are removed, they just gently lift out of their guide slots. They can fit precisely and only one way.
