Who’s got a dragy?
Just got mine from amazon today. Would like to do some runs this weekend. Has anyone got any data? I’d like to see what others are getting whether it’s winged or wingless, R, RS, etc. Mods, tuned, all that good stuff.

I’ve been playing with mine. I found a suction cup mount so you don’t have to stick the steel plate on anything. Pretty impressed so far.

Dundon sent me one for testing before/after with their power package. I’m pretty impressed with it so far. It seems accurate and gives lots of good data.

Love mine. Used it at the Atlanta Streetcar Takeover on Saturday. (Not a GT car...Sorry).

I stuck my plate on outside of the rear window, at the very bottom. You wouldn’t notice it at all unless you are looking and it should be easy to clean residue off the glass if I ever remove it. Haven’t had any issues with the dragy moving. If you position it right the dragy is butted right up against the lip at the base of the rear window.
IIRC, the instructions say it gets best accuracy when it’s placed outside the car.

I did something similar. I put my plate on the FRONT windshield outside right in that little "pocket" between the wiper blades, down against the edge. It stayed put perfectly during all my passes.

Dragy windshield mount is from twisted tuning. I can’t paste the link on mobile.

I've had one for a couple of years. Really, really great gadget. A lot easier to use than the bulky and recalcitrant vbox. I ran one of my daily drivers (RS3) back this winter with it. Really like the overlay of the data on the video. I've yet to use it on the GT3, but I can't say I have a strong desire to do so. Straight line speed isn't really the point of the car.

Nice 1/4 and Trap speed!
Was that on the street (closed in Mexico of course)??
What was the DA / weather conditions that day? Shows 32 but that was what mine always showed until they fixed that option. Still seems off a bit on mine though.

Some 991.2 GT3 manual transmission data for y'all. Car on 91 octane has Akrapovič center bypass and BMC filters.
Other runs were 11.92s@123.73mph and 11.97s@122.46mph with 60-130mph of 8.72 and 8.92 respectively.
Does anyone know how to get launch control to work? Are there temperature sensors/calculations based on ambient temperature and change in tire pressure that monitor tire temperature?
I was able to get it to hold revs at 5k for launch (but no message that says launch control is active on the display) but with ESC on or off and with TC on always, clutch dump would spin the tires and power would cut out excessively until around 2.5k rpm.

I just got a Dragy a few weeks ago, but have only done 60-130 pulls with my Viper. Really neat tool.
As for the mounting conversation, I just drop mine in a recess on the passenger door on my Viper, never had an issue.
