Which JCR exhaust should I get?
Hello!
I'm debating between to fit my Porsche 991.2 GT3 manual with the JCR titanium race pipe or the valved race pipe, with titanium tips. Any reccomendations from people that experienced this exhaust systems? I've also though about replacing the OEM headers with race headers from JCR, but that would be a modification later on. Which one do you guys prefer and why, what's the biggest differences between them?
Best regards from Sweden
PS: This is my first post here on Rennlist, so if I post it in the wrong category or something please let me know.

Burning Brakes
I haven't heard the valved in person but a few people have said the valves make little difference when closed and IMO it is not worth the extra ~$2k. The regular race pipe screams like no other. I have a used race pipe (no valves) for sale if you are interested.

Advanced
I have had both setups and I can tell you that there is definitely a big difference from valved and non valved. I first ran a non valved version with stock headers and it was good but I wanted to run headers. There was no way I was going to run JCR headers with non valved race pipe because CA exhaust laws are annoying af. I got the valved race pipe now with headers and its the best sounding setup i've had on the car. You have a button in your car to control the valves so why not use that when you have the chance? When I turn the valves off and take the car off of sport, the car sounds stock. (No Joke) I will be making videos on this so I'll post them up

Thanks for the response! Would be fun to see a start-up video too if that's possibly. Let's say I go with OEM- headers, do you then think i should go for the valved race pipe or is it more worth it to go with straight race pipe if the OEM- headers are still on with titanium regular tips?

I also have the super light center bypass. It's really loud and I love that I can quiet it down with the stock side mufflers. I can't see wanting it any louder and sounds amazing.
