Michelin.
Hard to beat.
I have tired every tire over the years and always come back to the best.
As for dealers I used America's Tire.

IMO, for the average club racer, there will be zero difference between Dunlop, Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone or any other track-oriented tire. There's nothing wrong with the Dunlops and I've read from the tire SME's on this board that, generally speaking and among other nuanced attributes, the Sportmaxx will have more cycles without getting greasy, whereas the N2 MPSC2 will be better for a few laps and setting your PR.

Where are you in LA?
If you are near San Gabriel, go to Tire Central. They have better prices than Tire Rack.
For tires like Cup2 or SportMaxx, they will special order them for you and drop ship them to your choice of installers (they can install as well).
Because I have centerlocks, I just have them dropped ship to my local Porsche dealer for the install.

You want to go to Wheel Enhancement near LAX...they specialize in Porsche wheels/tires.

^ They did move again...they are on La Cienega a few blocks away from their previous location, still near LAX. Was there this morning, actually.

I highly recommend Zip Tire Mobile, they'll come to you and install on the spot. They carry and price match most brands Tire rack offers. They are equipped to handle centerlock wheels.

I’ve used them 3 separate times, really pleased with their service. You can speak to Andrew the owner regarding tire choices. He’s a racer himself.

I recommend Michelin Cup 2s from Tire Rack (no sales tax at least here in AZ). They will ship to a local guy who will install. I recommend getting them heat cycled which should help them last a little longer. Good luck.
